(Warning: Some swearing ahead)
I don't know if I have been sitting at this intersection for 5, 10, or 15 minutes but with all the constant cars passing other than mine it feels like millennia
I am simply wanting to turn left, but instead I am stuck. I listen to the Rumbly sound of my cars engine. It sounds like a dangerous animal ready to tear out of the intersection like the dotted lines that cover the asphalt road is it's prey. Growling wanting the fucking light to turn.
My thoughts drift to what the technician that probably works the traffic lights are talking to their buddies. Saying things like, "hey, do you know what would be fun." Thinking it would be for shits and giggles.
Sitting here at the red blaring light is reminiscent of a doctors office. Instead of dated magazines, it is the songs on the radio that get played 6 times in an hour. Here I will sit as I contemplate my life and the conversations I've had.
This location will forever be known as The Intersection of Perdition
